Voter personal information (such as email addresses) may be provided by Administrators solely for the purpose of distributing voting access.

- UrVote does not maintain persistent voter databases
- Uploaded voter lists are not retained after use
- UrVote does not create or sell voter profiles
UrVote does not independently collect voter personal information.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information

Administrators are responsible for:

UrVote processes personal information only on behalf of and under the instruction of the Administrator.

UrVote retains personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill operational purposes.
- Administrator account information is retained while the account is active
- Temporary voter contact information is not retained after use
- Operational logs are retained only as required for security and reliability
UrVote does not maintain long-term archives of voter personal data.
6. Data Sharing
UrVote does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Information may be shared only:
- With service providers required to operate the platform (e.g., infrastructure, email delivery)
